I recently stopped by Cabela's in Rogers, MN, to grab some warm gloves and a hat, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The gloves and hat are high-quality and perfect for Minnesota during an Arctic Blast.

The store is well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful, making it easy to find what I needed. The wildlife displays and aquariums added a fun touch to the visit.

Highly recommend Cabela's for great gear and a great experience!

We went to Santa’s wonderland and loved the experience 🎄 The visit with Santa was free, you even received a free printed 4 by 6 photo. They had toys next to the line so the kids could play while they waited- so cool! Thank you for the fun Christmas experience! Merry Christmas & happy birthday Jesus!

Had a fun time with my grandson, and the store was full of vendors and knowledgeable, helpful staff, and many things for my granddaughters to shop for and sight see!! Always a fun experience.

Awesome hunting gear, great prices, friendly employees and to top that off they have a free aquarium and museum full of taxidermied animals, the shooting range however is paid with tokens NOT coins. Tons of firearms and ammunition to choose from if you're over 18 of course.

Excellent customer when purchasing a rifle. The service in the gun library and new gun section was incredibly helpful. Both gentlemen working in both areas had vast knowledge and knew their jobs well. Will gladly go back again in the future.

I called this morning about a sightmark wraith 4k max that was listed for 399.99 in the recent flyer for Black Friday week. First I called and transferred me to the firearms department and it rang for a long time that it kicked me back to the main line. This happened multiple times until someone picked the phone up and hit a bunch of buttons then hung up on me. I called back and the gentleman immediately transferred me again. The phone rang multiple times and a gentleman picked up and he wasn't even in the department that I wanted but he was willing to help. He took the information on the night scope and went to someone who knew something. So the flyer has a sightmark 4k max for sale for 399.99 this wasn't the case at all at the end of this mess. Apparently whoever does the proofing or ordering doesn't know what they're doing. Cabelas don't even have that model in store. They told me the flyer is a typo and it was supposed to be the model one step down. So this half hour of my life sitting on the phone with them was for absolutely nothing. I believe sometimes the marketers just do this to get people in.. Anyways. Lost time, patience and didn't get my product that they advertised. I called another company and took my business elsewhere. I wonder how many people wasted their time this week just to be disappointed.

I had great service in the fishing department from Mark and a few others as I was looking for ice fishing gear suggestions. Mark helped me pick out the right equipment and put the fishing line on my rod in just a few minutes. I just wish the rest of the store wasn't full of people trying to get you to sign up for a credit card.

I don't enjoy writing negative reviews but this is a PSA in the hopes it saves many other customer's their valuable time.

After confirming the website's item availability showed "in stock - Rogers" I drove to the store to complete my purchase. When I spoke with the department, they told me the item was out of stock and I'd have to order it online. No additional assistance was offer to for a store transfer, checking any other in-store quantities or other help. Just "buy it online." So that's exactly what I did and the store gets to pay shipping.

Lesson learned. Do not trust Cabela's inventory management system or interface to their website. The availability is inaccurate and the store confirmed they'd rather just have customers buy online.

2 Stars because the store itself is so cool. Just frustrating to waste an hour round trip to be told to be an online shopper.
