Everywhere you turn in La Vie Est Belle, you find something to love. Kristin’s boutique is classy and sophisticated, yet fun and whimsical. You should see it during the fall and Christmas holidays! The story behind this shop and its passion for giving back and advocating for children’s mental healthy is heartwarming (and heartbreaking) and inspiring. Pick up a copy of Kristin’s book, Finding Us, “A Mother’s Memoir of Braving Mental Illness with Her Young Daughter.” Shop online but you must stop in when you’re in the Lake Elmo area. Ask about the Giving Bear. And check out their event calendar. So much fun!

When I walked into La Vie Est Belle on 12/8/22, I knew I would enjoy my visit. This cute gift shop was full of so many different "things". There were various types of candles that smelled so great. Jewelry galore (earrings, bracelets, necklaces). Plenty of items to hang on your walls that were so different from anything I've ever seen. T-shirts, sweatshirts, jeans, etc. Pillows, Christmas ornaments, & so much more. The owner of this store was so nice and invited you in with a friendly smile. You just have to visit La Vie Est Belle in Lake Elmo, MN. I will definitely be back!

I recently purchased the multicolored cross body bag and several of the beaded love bracelets from La Vie Est Belle - and I must say I am very pleased with my purchases! I love the look and quality of the bag - which I always receive compliments on, and I have the bracelets on hand for that special gift…beautifully done. I also appreciate the supportive message attached to each bracelet which is an added plus in my mind - and you can’t beat the price point. While the merchandise is great and delivery incredibly timely- it is also the mission and philosophy of the store that will keep me coming back.

Thank you, Kristin! To honor a big milestone in my daughter’s life, I chose two beautiful gifts that she could keep for years to come. Not sure how you did it, but both items arrived beautifully wrapped and very secure in their packing. The platter is gorgeous and the metal art, perfect!
