I had a wonderful experience here. Andy (sp?)helped to figure out the right size for my body type. I never would have found out without help! She ordered it online and made sure I got the online discount. She did all the work and was very kind. She even recommended some other items, which they don't carry, from other retailers that would suit my body type.
The store is always clean. The sizes are in order on the displays.
I always feel comfortable shopping here. It's not a free for all. There isn't any stress that usually comes with shopping.
It was actually fun to shop here!

the staff at this location were so attentive and kind, even with it being so close to close on a week night. i was super pleased with the wide range of sizes they had at this location, and my friend and i tried on probably 20 items. they were so kind and helpful, and super fun to just chat with about random clothes and brands. we will definitely be coming back to this location soon!!

One of my favorite shopping experiences to date! I came in close to close with my friend and found over 10 items to try on. The fitting room attendant offered to grab other sizes and take back the items that didn't fit. The girl who checked me out was so generous and still talkative even though it was late. Everyone was really accommodating and welcoming. I was also pleased by the sizes available at this location. Most Anthropologies that I go to carry few if any XL+ options, but I was able to find my size in almost everything I was looking at!

i’m not sure if it was just a one off but i had some of the worst service at an anthro i’ve ever had here. i went in on a week day and was one of only a few guests in the store and not once was i ever approached by an employee, even though i was carrying around like 12 pieces of clothes. the employees were also grouped off talking to each other in the back. just kind of bizarre experience because normally anthro is amazing.

The quality of service at this location has severely declined. I met up with my mom at this store & she had already been there for about half an hour- no one had helped her or offered to start a room for her despite the fact that her hands were full of blouses. When I entered the store the employees didn’t so much as look at me, let alone greet me. The only reason I’m giving this store two stars instead of one is because the employee in the fitting rooms was very kind and knowledgeable, and the store was very well stocked. You’ll be fine to shop here as long as you don’t mind doing all the customer service yourself.

I had a dress that just did not fit. The tags were still attached and I really wanted to return it. It was just a few days beyond the receipt and the gal at the register was a little cold and simply said “no, I can’t”. I’ve had more helpful service at the West End location and they are much more empathetic. I was very disappointed in this store.
