Rob Smith was a pleasure to deal with. He is clearly very knowledgeable about watches and his passion shows. He was able to offer me a watch that I thought would be difficult to purchase within a couple of months of asking despite me previously declining an offer for another model. I like that he’s very communicative, friendly, professional and didn’t take it personally when I didn’t purchase a watch the first time after being offered. He was also very helpful in suggesting different variations and models to put on my wish list and patiently updated both mine and my wife’s profile. My experience with Watches of Switzerland Rolex Boutique was superb. I would especially like to thank Tarnjeet, as well as the rest of the team, for a wonderful welcome and experience. As expected, the watch I was after was not available immediately due to the design, but I am now on the waiting list hoping to get my wrist embraced by the Rolex watch I want.

During the visit I was kindly served with coffee and water, which showed the hospitality of the Rolex Team. I am looking forward to receiving my watch and will certainly pop in whenever I am in the vicinity to try different models.

After 2 yrs of waiting I hv the pleasure of getting an early birthday present a Rolex watch. Impeccable service. From the guard at the door to the floor staffs. Misa has been serving us for many yrs now and she maintain a high standard. Advance beverage n confirmation call. Pre warn too against pick pockets in the area. Well done team.

EDIT: Apology not accepted, and now downgraded to one star. If you really cared, you'd know exactly who I am from the review itself. Instead, you spend more time on your Google reviews than taking care of customers. At least in my case.
