Liars and scammers
We visited here and paid for a dress to be shipped because they didn't have the correct size in stock. The owner assured me we would receive it within 4 days, which seemed reasonable, so I paid the $260 and asked for a receipt and a card. This isn't a huge wedding dress, it's a homecoming dance dress, so it didn't need any special packaging. Now we're back home, I called for the tracking number and UPS tracking says we won't receive the dress in time but 2 business days late. When I asked them why, they tried to backtrack and say they offered to provide the dress in the size we needed but we are the ones who declined. That makes no sense because we would have absolutely wanted the dress in the right size that day and would have made space in our luggage or carried it on. She said she checked the cameras to verify their story (there's no way she had time to do that because I was on hold for less than a minute) and then she hung up on me when I asked if the cameras also audio recorded, because I wanted proof they said that but she knew she just told me a lie. I called back, no answer, voicemail isn't set up. I checked the tracking and they didn't ship it out until 10:35 P.M. so there was no way we were getting this dress on time like the manager promised. Now my daughter is disappointed and there's nothing we can do since we're no longer in LA. Please stay away from this place. They will take your money and lie to you, and then refuse a refund. Looks like they've pulled this with other people who left Google reviews as well. Maybe that's why they go by about 6 different business names.

Ordene el vestido de quincianera para mi hija aqui, ela decidio ponerle un mon~o a el vestido. Page $175 extra par agregarselo, duro mas de 5 dias en la boutique. El dia de la quincianera, el mon~o no se sostenia solo ya que era muy pesado (ya con la crinolina, el mo~no se desengachaba) y se caia. fue una decepcion total, cuando les hable para reclamar me sacaron la vuelta me dijieron que despues me hablaban, les pedi el rembolso del monto $175. Las costureras tuvieron el sufisiente tiempo para hacer un buen trabajo pero no lo hicieron. que decepcion.

The service provided by Ericka was exceptional. My daughters quince dress and items were available for pick up at store as promised. The dress was beautiful and had been tailored perfectly. Albierto was also very helpful. I’m happy with their service and would highly recommend.

Do not ever shop for dresses here. Very inconsiderate employees. Kept telling us our dress was ready when he knew it wasn’t. Keep in mind, we live in Northern California and had to drive 6 hours for this dress just so we could get there and have the dress NOT EVEN READY. He never answered my calls between the time we were waiting for the dress and I had to use a different phone to call them and coincidently, they answered the phone. Once we got there, they told us that it still needed alterations and it should be ready in 40 minutes. We came back 40 minutes later and STILL NOT READY. The dude told us the dress wasn’t gonna be ready until the next day but that was the last day we planned on staying in LA due to work. He told us our other option was to have it mailed but we would have to pay for it… ridiculous! He told us that we’re the type of people to always “stress” a lot and we will eventually die from it…. Very unprofessional. I will Never EVRRRR come here again nor would I recommend this place to ANYONE. HORRIBLE!

Horrible experience all the employees lie and scam you i bought my dress in July and was told it would be here in September for the first fitting with time to spear, my wedding is in early November and I live four hours away. They called saying my wedding dress should be here in white. I DID NOT GET MY WHITE DRESS I settled for an ivory wedding dress NOT THE ONE I PAYED FOR. They gave me the dress I first tried on from the manikin Here I am after many phone calls and they lied to me about my dress being here I am two weeks from my wedding with NO DRESS. I had asked to add a few things and when I came they rush through it the sleeves were HUGE I cried angry tears. Erica acted like she didn’t understand and would GIVE ME HER BACK WHEN I TALKED TO HER and would not give me a refund bc she wanted us to go back home and get the recite like if we lived down the street even tho she had the recite right in front of her face and she still said we will need the copy Raquel was just as un professional and would not listen to me all she cared about was the money and not what I wanted. They were both being rude and DO NOT CARE.- 100000/10 experience. Save your time and money

Horrible!!!! Very disappointment my daughter was having her quince on 2/3/21 due to covid I postpone it to 7/10 which they DIDNOT know they took my deposit $600 on 1/20 paid in full remaining bal.$1,200 in 11/16/20 they said it had to be paid in full to send it! (Which is fine) they promised her dress end of December we received it 2/16 it was not red at all it was damaged poor quality 5 items missing the 2 boxes (1 crown 1 shoes) came in broken they didn’t add any bubble wrap I stead they used cotton ON GLASS came broken. I’ve been told over an over the “owner” will call me and still no call they also will not give me the name of the owner. The dress arrived late and took me 2 months to arrived. The champagne glasses decor were taped on and all other accessories had hot glue all over. Nothing that they had promised was included nor received.

Es el peor lugar para comprar vestidos en los Angeles, las empleadas son unas irresponsables y mentirosas sin mencionar al dueño, un prepotente abusivo y sin sentido comun.
Mi esposa ordeno su vestido de novia y cuando llamo un mes despues para saber cual Era el estado de su orden le dijeron que el vestido que ella queria ya no lo hacian y tendria que escojer otro estilo, por medio de unas fotos que le enviaron ...en fin ,fuimos a pedir la devolucion del dinero y no nos querian devolver 500 dls de deposito asi que les dije que no me iria del local hasta tener mi dinero de Vuelta, despues de una hora el dueño por fin acepto enviarme el dinero por zelle. Asi que si piensan comprar un vestido para alguna ocasion especial no vallan a esta tienda.

If I had to rate a shop with zero stars… this would be the place! I bought my quince dress here and they had no consideration on how far I had to drive just to get there, and for them to tell me my dress is not ready… they had booked me an appointment on Father’s Day, on my way down the hill I called to let them know I am on the way and for them to please have the dress ready, when I called, one of the workers had told me they are closed. NOW! I go the next week just to find out that the worker had lied and they were open! Making me waste my time out of work! I have to drive 4 hours just to get there! They don’t consider your time nor your living. Terrible place! The workers ignore you and leave you on hold FOR 45 MINUTES!! Just to find out that they are talking and having a break! I would not choose this place if I were you!
