I went to the Glasgow store to return something I had bought online as a birthday present for my granddaughter. Unfortunately the item was damaged so took it to this store. It was a delight a total no muss no fuss exchange. The girl who served me was friendly and helpful and exchanged it without any problem. I was delighted and so was my granddaughter who got the gift she really wanted. Excellent service. Definitely buy from here again.

The products are mostly overpriced for the quality of what they are, but some designs and products are great and at a decent price.

When I was at the checkout, I was asked if I wanted to purchase a charity candle. I declined as I was already buying another candle, then was asked if I wanted to purchase charity tote bags, bottles of water, and if I wanted to increase the price of the transaction to donate to charity.

I understand that charity is at the heart of the business, but if I’ve declined the first charity product - I’m going to decline the rest. It was a little annoying to be honest, if I wanted to add the charity products I would’ve asked for them or picked them up.

Went in today around about 1300 hours and there was lovely young man behind the counter with black hair he was very helpful in my search for the right pen he also was very good at explaining how the pen works n the information I was looking for on this particular pen he also answered any query’s I had about set stationary/pens so just thought I would leave this little review to show my appreciation thank you

Great shop with lots of interesting items. Only downside is that the music playing was very loud. The shop was wheelchair accessible.

Their mugs are probably the best thing they have, rest is quite overpriced IMO
