Weird experience here. Member of staff made me feel like I was shoplifting - browsing earrings and she swooped in and asked if I was happy with the shirt I'd picked up. I felt rushed, like she was pigeon holing me into payment. She overcharged me £27 - accidents happen but no conversation, just a weird cold feeling. I returned and resolved the overcharge with a nice couple of women. Will not return 🙁 Bought several items in the past !!

I picked up some fish & chips from a nearby spot and then decided to check out this cute little shop on the same street. As soon as I walked in, one of the shop assistants started yelling, "OMG, THIS SMELL IS HORRIBLE!!!" and began spraying perfume like there was no tomorrow. I quickly apologized, saying, "Sorry, it's my lunch!" and made a hasty exit. The shop looked cute, but the fried fish didn't allow me to have a closer look. The fish & chips were amazing!!!

A lovely shop! They stock designers you won’t find elsewhere and a gorgeous array of clothes. Whenever I visit I end up finding something I love! Always greeted with a smile by the sales assistants too. Their refund policy is clearly printed at the till and hard to miss (but you can always ask if unsure). I’m glad to see a shop selling independent brands is still going strong, when so many others have been replaced.

I recently purchased a glass incense holder from this store when I visited London, but upon arriving hotel, I discovered that the product box was empty. Unfortunately, my tight schedule during my second day in London didn’t allow me to visit the store in person to inquire. Despite reaching out via email, I have yet to receive a response. While the item wasn’t particularly expensive, the overall experience has left me with a negative impression.

I shopped here for many years despite the staff being rude and unhelpful. It was just convenient. However the recent need to jump on a brainwashed bandwagon has finally put me off. Not interested in shops displaying uneducated points of view in their front windows. Wouldn't want anyone to think I was part do that by association...

Placed an order online recently - item didn’t arrive within the shipping timeframe and no communication from them. When I rang to enquire, there was no explanation as to why this had happened, item not yet sent - so I cancelled my order. Disappointing!

Similar to the reviewer below, the shop is really quite expensive but when you buy something no-one mentions the return policy, which is for in-store credit only. And it is worth mentioning because that is so unusual in 2023. They also offer a proper 28 day return policy on online shopping which means you're penalised for visiting their bricks and mortar shop. If you have to engage in such deceptive practices to keep your physical shop open, maybe switch to an online-only model.
