I bought a pair of black suede and white pumps that were only available online, and cost £251 with my new customer discount. I received the delivery today and was shocked to find the shoes in an extremely bad condition. The dye from the black was all over the white part of the shoe and it looks like the shoe may have even been worn. Very disappointed. I now have to go through the hassle of returning.

Having been a customer for years, I notice how service levels seem to have dropped at the "flagship" Crawford Street store.
On my latest visit, I was the only customer and the two staff couldn't have been less welcoming or helpful. I had seen a dress in the summer 2024 catalogue and on the website so was surprised to find they didn't know anything about it and almost took pleasure in saying they didn't stock it. This was their only interaction and they then continued discussing a restaurant one of them had visited the previous day. When I left the store soon afterwards they barely noticed.
This was in marked contrast to my recent visit to the Bristol store where the staff were fully engaged in helping customers and made shopping there a real pleasure.
Come on Sahara - if you don't up your game customers may conclude that you don't need an outlet in an expensive part of London and it's easier to use the website.

Lovely clothes but rude and unhelpful staff when asked if an item was available in the same colour in another style. Was told what we have is out! Very different from the staff in Cambridge who went out of their way to help, looking in the catalogue and stock room.

What a fantastic ladies boutique. I love shopping here. I always find something that I simply have to have ! Lovely dress designs. Also the staff are always helpful. A joy to shop here ! 👏👍💖
