I'm always a bit leery of online retailers, but my experience with Ruthie Grace has been top notch from the beginning. I ordered a beautiful dress for an upcoming event but it turned out to be a size too small. Upon realizing they were sold out of the next size up online, I emailed to see how likely it was that they would get a new shipment in. They were not only super responsive, but they actually went out into their storefront and pulled the size I needed, which was also the last one they had in that size, and shipped it to me. It fits perfectly and is so well made and a great quality design. I highly recommend Ruthie Grace and will definitely be a frequent visitor to their website for future purchases. Clothes are as cute if not cuter upon arrival! Shipping is extremely fast, it is always a good day when my Ruthie Grace order arrives. Clothes maintain their shape and longevity. Keep a close eye on Ruthie Grace's Facebook and Instagram account as they are constantly running promotions and just started a new Style Box with several different options. If you have not shopped Ruthie Grace yet, you are simply missing out. Their Instagram stories are very entertaining as well!! They have models that are relatable to a multitude of sizes. Ruthie Grace is personable, relatable, fashionable, on trend, affordable, and truly one of a kind in the boutique business.

My mom and I visited the store for our first time today. We had the best time. The 2 girls working were so kind and helpful and explained the sizing of some of the brands. They were very knowledgable about their product! Great job girls!

I bought a couple of pieces from Ruthie Grace and none was as expected, a dress with sleeves too large and a sweater that was frayed almost with a hole. I could only return the dress because I did not wear it, but the sweater not because I used it once and did not notice the defect until I left home. My bad! Buying online is a lottery, I've been doing it for years but from stores that I know it’s quality, colors and sizes. I like Ruthie Grace's designs, and that's why I decided to give it a try!!! As I was given store credit for the dress I returned, I decided to buy a couple of shirts. One is very beautiful and similar to what I saw online. The other also beautiful but the fabric and the color are totally different from what is seen in the picture. In general, clothes are expensive, especially when you have to add the shipping, so in order to give your customers a better idea of the condition, color, sizes etc. you should have every piece reviewed. I wrote a review of the sweater but for some reason that review is not published. It would be very useful to publish all reviews, regardless of whether they are good or bad, this helps a lot to decide. Encourage your customers to do so, offer them something in return, maybe discounts or free shipping. And hopefully soon you can have a show room where we can appreciate the qualities, colors and sizes. My two cents!!

I’m not 100% sold on Ruthie Grace yet but I’m willing to give it another try. I wear a size 9 sneaker but I think their shoes run small. Unfortunately, there was no return allowed. I do like the shoes; they’re super cute just very tight. I would order again in a size 10 to see if that helps.
