Rivaaz has disappointed so much this time that giving one star feels annoying. They do not deserve any stars what so ever. They take decisions on their own and charge you for it.They changed embroidery design on my blouse without informing me and charged 5k for one blouse where as their designer at the store said it would be 2000-2200/-
They have lost one customer Forever. Extremely unprofessional... Extremely annoyed...

We had got few blouses to stitch - "just stitch" that costed us 750 INR, there is nothing fancy. Plus they act as designers and don't know how to put designs to what. Such disappointment.

Well, I guess the local tailor shops do much better job than RIVAAZ, I don't think paying more money worth anything... It's just over pricey with a expensive setup of studio. I don't want to recommend anyone about this.

Even they won't respond to the number given. So just do not waste time.

Very unprofessional and late service. Stitching not upto the satisfaction. Only big name. Had visit twice for a work. 1st time stitching was not vas per the design. They were not ready to listen without photo proof. Rate is very high.

It is very expensive......and in comparison of money their work is very poor (third class)....they don't even suggest any design...and after the blouse gets damaged in the first try they even don't interest in repairing it.....and also they make changes in your design without even asking you....very unprofessional and arrogant staff as well as owner....

Their service is upto the mark. The designs and finishing of the final product is really appreciable and justified for the price you're paying. A bit on the costlier side, but the detailings and design aesthetics are really good.

Worst experience ever!!! They couldn't stich simple blouses,, let alone the timely delivery. Don't waste your valuable time and money. Its just not worth it! Period.
