Outstanding Service at Pinko Shop - Thanks to Simona and Tamara!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Pinko store at Regent Street and I must say, the experience was exceptional thanks to Simona and Tamara. From the moment I walked in, they provided a level of personalized service that truly made me feel valued as a customer.

Tamara and Simona were incredibly attentive, offering expert advice on styles and pieces that would best suit my needs. They were friendly and professional , made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I was looking for a jacket that was only available online however they were genuine keen to help me no matter if I was going to purchase in that store or in another additional styling tips. They also help me with an alteration ! Stress free and high level of service

I love the brand since it has my size so if you are petit this is a place to visit. The staff has always been very helpful also with bringing us to a seamstress to get trousers shortened. The price is also worth the quality, which is an important thing to know.

As an Italian I am very familiar with the Pinko brand, having spent a few days on holiday in London, taken by curiosity, I wanted to visit the biggest store, and as a good woman, I couldn't leave empty-handed. A special thanks to the customer service, it was impeccable, qualified and friendly, and congratulations for the fantastic store (among the best I've ever seen) We'll definitely see each other!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Camila (I hope remember her name correctly) and she was super helpful and nice. She helped me throughout the process, bringing me more sizes and more designs than what I asked for. She made sure I feel comfortable and she was eager to show me more items than those I was interested in 🫶
In the end, I decided to order online as the colour I wanted wasn’t available in store. But huge thanks and congrats to the store management as all the ladies working there today were super active and nice with the customers, including the security. 👌👌👌

I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience at the Pinko store on Regent Street, which has compelled me to share my story in hopes of preventing similar situations for others. My interaction at this location was marked by unprofessionalism and a disregard for customer rights that I found both surprising and unacceptable for a brand of Pinko's reputation.

I visited the store with the intention of returning an item and requesting a credit note, a simple transaction I believed would be straightforward given my understanding of Pinko's customer service policies. Contrary to my expectations, the store manager refused my request, citing a policy that credit notes could only be issued for faulty items—a justification that seemed arbitrary and inconsistent with what’s stated in their policy (see image)

The situation escalated when the manager not only threatened to communicate with other Pinko stores to ensure they would also deny me my right to a credit note but also behaved in a manner that was both rude and intimidating. She went as far as to throw the policy note onto the desk in front of me, a gesture I found shockingly unprofessional.
