I love shopping at Pernia’s Pop-Up. The store has a fantastic selection of stylish quality clothing for every occasion.
The staff is always so friendly, helpful, and patient. I had the pleasure of working with Moksharth, and I can say he’s one of the best salespeople I’ve ever met. He took a time the time to understand what I was looking for and provided tailored solutions that exceeded my expectations.
If you’re looking for someone who delivers results with personal touch, I highly recommend Moksharth. His commitment to excellence is unmatched.

I spoke to the Pernia’s team via WhatsApp to give them details on my event date and confirm when the order would be delivered to melon London.
They assured me the outfit would be dispatched within 3-5 business days after placing the order. I had to chasing them daily
after not hearing from them after 5 days and finally they sent the outfit at day 8. And it arrived a day before I was due to fly which gave me no time to take it to the tailors for any alterations if needed.

Additionally it arrived damaged with a massive Tear in the net at the back !

When confronted with this they said they’ll get back to me within 48hour. Of course this didn’t.

After several charts they came back saying that the outfit wasn’t damaged when they sent it and worse Insinuating that I damaged it.

The complaint was filed on the day of delivery as soon as I was finished with work.

On top of this the customer services representative had the audacity to ask for an additional GBP 77 if I wanted them to rectify their error!!

Please think twice before ordering from them; the worst customer service and resolution service.

Recommend shopping at Oogan or Aza fashion stock pretty much the same designers and have much better customer experience.

I work between London and Mumbai and thought I'd have to go to India to buy most of the outfits for my wedding for the best selection/pricing/etc but I decided to check out the Pernia's London outpost and I'm so glad that I did.

Moksharth and the team were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, quick, and thorough. The entire process was seamless and quite enjoyable! Moksharth is knowledgable and offered great suggestions to really make my outfits shine on my wedding day(s).

needed an Indian outfit for a wedding on a short notice - popped into the store hoping to find something.

Everything was extortionately priced for the quality of clothes. I had a sales lady assist with first few fittings but it seemed like the size labels on the clothes were very off (there was no standardisation in sizing).

Was basically refused to try any more clothes, advised to buy something ‘baggy’ around my hips as I didn’t have time to request alterations and was made very uncomfortable. Will not be coming back and Would not recommend.
