I was excited they accepted my friend and I as walk ins on a weekend!

Until both nail artists were rude, the girl who did spider webs for my friend was obviously uncomfortable doing it but the manager yelled at her IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. Poor girl looked like she wanted to cry she was so frustrated.

My nail artist gave me crooked nails, not the almond shape I paid extra for, and didn't clean up my cuticles despite me asking for that. I know my nails looked bad that's why I pay someone else to fix them.

Been going to this salon for a couple years and am always happy with their work and I have seen a few different nail techs for anything from shellac, to dip, to designs, and pedicures. I admire their attention to detail and patience for indecisive people like me. I opted for a design this time and love it!

I’m too much of a people pleaser and left the store unhappy after paying $100 + tip for a gel mani / pedi today. The application is / coats are SO thick on my manicure. 3 stars because I probably should’ve asked for them to be redone before I left but I was in a rush to get to dinner.

Edit: 6 days later and my gel lifted! I've never had this happen. I lowered my rating. Unbelievable.

I'm actually shocked at the 4.5 rating v the result of my rebase. When you charge $144 before tip for a pedicure and rebase, I expect PERFECTION. The tech who did the French on my toes needs to show the manicurist how to do French. I shouldn't have had to show her what she did wrong and still left unhappy, but it's not my job to train her. Omg! My nails are uneven and lumpy. I have at least 1 bloody cuticle. Overall, a sloppy job.

I absolutely love this nail salon! I have had such a hard time finding a good salon and finally tried this one. One--the location is great. Two, they are so kind and patient! My salon stylist today moved me so I can sit closer with my sister, her attention to detail was amazing and she was so patient with me when I told her I wanted small daisy's on my nails! Their color selection is also great. I absolutely love how they came out and my sister and I will continue to come here every time we get our nails done 🙂

By far the best nail salon I’ve been too! I get dip manicures here often and am always impressed with the quality - they last and the process they use to remove the nails keep my real nail strong and healthy!

I love this nail salon. I went here the two years I lived in the DTC area and was never disappointed. Sophia and Trinnie are my top two favorites and you will have a great experience with either of them! Let them get creative BTW. They did some amazing work on acrylic and gel for me ? I moved out of state less than a month ago and will be comparing any nail salon I try to this gem!
