Every time I have shopped here, regardless of how busy it has been, the team have always provided a considerate and professional service. In recent visits Oona, Milly and Milosha have all been wonderful, colour matching me perfecting with great tips on how to enjoy the products better. The team are engaging even with multiple customers at the same time but give you the utmost attention when you speak to them. Cannot recommend this store enough.

I was helped by a very patient and friendly NARS member of staff who assisted me in finding the right shade of foundation. He explained the difference between the foundations, and applied a few samples on my face to demonstrate so I can find the right one. He gave a sample of the primer too, so I can try should I feel the need to buy it again, and gave 15% off the foundation. Overall a very good experience compared to other beauty stores/counter I’ve been to. Very happy with the product!

Thank you Molly who helped me find base products for my oily, acne-prone skin! The finish was still good by the end of the day, and the next day I had no new breakouts, so I ordered the primer, foundation, concealer and powder.
