Stopped by as my Longines Conquest 1996 needs servicing for a long time so wanted some info (gonna do it in a month or two), possibly the best customer service I have ever received, was interested in a flagship as well (3-5 months after servicing the one I have) however insisted to try it on and ended up loving it even more! 10/10 experience thanks to Mr Clement, I will definitely come back and service my watch and but the flagship in time from only this specific branch.

Amazing Longines boutique, legendary swiss watch brand, with one of the best histories in the industry of watch making. Almost all Longines watch collections you can find here, at least the newer models 100%. Staff is amazing, helpful, and polite. I bought online a Longines watch, but the bracelet was too large for my wrist, they helped me, they make the bracelet shorter in less than 3 minutes, and didn't ask for any money, plus they explain to me the basic features and instructions of an automatic watch. Thank you very much!
Edit after >1 year : After a positive experience with this boutique more than a year ago, after I purchased my first Longines watch and they fixed my bracelet and explained how to correctly use my new Longines RECORD, I became a fan of this brand . Their frindly attitude and professionalism show me that this brand deserve my money, so after half a year, I've bought one more Longines watch for me, Heritage Sector Dial, another lovely and stylish watch. And now, at the beginning of 2025, I buy another Longines watch, Spirit Zulu Time GMT, with bracelet. I visited this boutique today again to fix my bracelet, and I've had again an amazing experience, I also have some questions about a bracelet for my Heritage Sector Dial watch, and they helped me again, explained everything and makes me feel welcomed there, even if I don't look like a rich guy at all, because I'm not one of them, lol. I wanna say thank you to the team of this boutique, especially the manager Courtnee.
I highly recommend this place to any watch enthusiast or any person who is looking for the best watches in this price category. You'll be welcomed and respected here!

The team at this store is excellent. They're super nice and friendly and welcoming. I especially want to call out my experience with Clement there.

I went to the store twice to get the metal strap sized correctly (I changed my mind about how loose it should be after the first time) and Clement had to try multiple variations both times to get it just right, and his patience and service was exemplary. Then a few weeks later I got them to replace the metal strap with a leather strap and once again, he was the one who helped me with that. Every time I thanked him for his absolute patience, he was gracious enough to make me feel like it was no effort at all.

Having had a TERRIBLE experience with one of Longines authorised dealers in London, I'm SO glad that I have found this proper store with proper service and expertise, and not just a bunch of sales guys with no concept of service.

So thank you to Clement and this Longines Store.

Disappointing from start to finish. We had made a special trip today to buy a Longines watch and thought the Longines Boutique on Oxford Street was the place to go. A lack lustre welcome when we entered and a very poor stock level meant we left empty handed. The salesman didn’t offer us a seat, didn’t move a mirror obscuring our view of the cabinet and seemed to think it was acceptable just to offer to order it. No, we wanted to buy it today. If the watch was as popular as he said then keep a better stock. We then went to Watches of Switzerland on Regent Street and their customer service was exemplary. I suggest you go there as a secret shopper and learn how it should be done Longines Boutique.

Helpful staff and the watches are obviously brilliant. Didn't have the watch I was looking for as it was discontinued but still the staff spent some time with me looking at different options and trying them on, and even sent a follow up email after they'd checked availability for me with head office. Will be visiting again next year for a big purchase.

Very unhelpful man on telephone at 1030am, Friday Nov 22 2024; was not at all interested in helping a long time Longines customer.
Needed a new bracelet strap and he claimed he was unable to search an item on the internet or receive emails.
Will take my custom elsewhere.
Advise do the same.
