I had such an amazing experience at this store. This was all definitely down to the sale assistants I encountered, more specifically a lady named Donata, who went above and beyond to aid me. I left with a gorgeous dress and would recommend this boutique to anyone who wants high-quality elegant clothing that will last you a long time and get you many compliments.

I liked this jacket and in store it’s 130 whereas online it’s 110 for the exact same jacket and it’s not on sale, it’s a full price item so I’m not sure why the store would charge more than online ?

Not the fault of the women in the store, but found the evening after a dress was purchased that there was a large hole near the zipper. The company advised that they do not do refunds despite the product being faulty/of poor quality and despite having been contacted within 24 hours by myself. At £99 I would expect better.

In response to the reply:

It was worn for one hour at a sit down cafe before a friend pointed out the hole so I don't believe and can't imagine how it could be considered that it was in good condition when purchased (which was all detailed to your team less than 24 hours after purchase). I don't expect to have to scan every inch of a dress that is 99 pounds for faults in a store.The dress was the right size (if anything it had a bit of give so I can't imagine how sitting in it could have caused this unless it was faulty. I've never complained to a store before and very very rarely return, I am just surprised that this is your operating practice.

A replacement was offered by the store but then none could be found so they advised they could not do this. I appreciate that store credit has been offered but the rest of the clothes aren't my style and regardless I have never known a brand to fail to refund a faulty purchase.

Jovonna is a lovely store with some cute and some classy designs. I have always received a fantastic service at their other store, however today I had a completely different experience. It was my first visit to the Portobello branch and I was assisted by an extremely rude and arrogant Asian lady. She made me feel so unwelcome. Didn’t even smile for once. I felt so humiliated, I just walked out and didn’t even get to buy the coat that I intended to purchase.

Didn’t purchase something from the physical store but through their website! The quality and design of clothes is amazing with reasonable prices! My order arrived with a cute pair of earrings as a gift of them I suppose?!

Great clothes, which I buy frequently from the Marylebone boutique, but the sales assistant (short brown bob) was so aggressive and just would not leave me alone. I also hate it when people fix the rack you've just touched, as if you're bothering them by looking at the clothes. I got so fed up that I just left, even though I was ready to buy so much at this store. I won't be going back to the Portobello Road shop.

Love Jovonna brand! Always come back to this store while I am in town, beautiful and stylish clothes. Great customer service, sales assistants always helps this styling and find the best pieces! Highly recommend.
