I’m a regular visitor but sadly won’t shop here again as the customer services policy is non-existent.

I bought my 8th piece of jewellery from the store, some pearl style earrings however, the pearls fell out after 2 weeks of ownership.

I requested an exchange but was offered no solution, no exchange/refund and was dismissed following a confirmation that they would not do anything to assist me.

Lovely boutique but I’ve been left incredibly dissatisfied as a loyal customer and feel this is decidedly short sighted of the shop.

Great stock, but if anything goes wrong, you’ll receive no assistance even if you are a familiar face

If you are Canadian, stay clear from this company. I ordered a small coat which was a huge fit. I returned it because of this. They kept about $185 and refunded me $170. So I lost almost two hundred dollars because it didn’t fit. When I complained they said it was due to shipping fees. I have never had shipping fees been this high with any other company. I would never order from them again and beware to not make the same mistake I did.

Stay away from this company. Look at reviews on trust pilot and on there other boutique in Notting Hill.
Customer service is a joke and if there is a fault on your item they will make it sound as though either you created it or it is not a manufacturer fault which basically implies the customer did it.
Not what you expect from a company looking to sell products at a high end price.
I was told I could get a refund I spent weeks talking to someone only to waste time posting the item to be told I wouldn't and having argued with customer service this whole time they still ignore everything you are saying.
Coincidentally the concern now is that the top has not actually been delivered back me nor has my refund of postage been sent as agreed and so it will be interesting to see how much of a scam this company is.

Awful customer service. Products are beautiful but are cheap quality do not be fooled into paying the price they are selling it for quality is poor.

I walked past this shop after a gym class and wasn't exactly looking my best. This being quite a fancy place, I expected to be treated quite badly... that was not the case. The lady was very nice and helpful.

The worst place to shop be wary all clothes are of cheap quality made in the far east and sold for a lot more the so called manager who works there Maarie is super rude very robot like and very unprofessional based at marylebone terrible customer service too !! Shopping at Zara is way better same quality better prices more range and great service and definitely fake positive reviews on google
