I love this Hobby Lobby location; I always find what I need even on busy days! I was just shopping for last-minute Halloween costume supplies the night before Halloween and they still had great stock of everything I needed. Whenever I need to ask a staff member for help finding something, they always seem happy to help and know exactly where to guide me to. The checkout lines can be long sometimes, but lately they've been really good about calling extra cashiers up to the front when the lines get long, so the last few times I've been at the store, the checkout process has been quick! Mostly I'm just impressed with how friendly and patient all of the staff are.

This review is only for the rude cashier that was there yesterday, she was a younger looking cashier that was in the register near the fake flowers decorations, i was standing in line waiting and she was purposely going very very slow putting things on the bag. I saw her staring at me at the same time, when she was done with the customer in front of me she didn't say anything grab my item and was looking at me very rude i just decided not to let her scan my items and decided to go to another line after telling her i was going to grab another item and didn't want her to scan my items, i left and she kept staring at me in a very rude way and i believe she said something because the customer in back of me turned around to look. I went to another line with another young lady who was very polite.

This happened yesterday at 11 am Idk if you don't want to work there why are you even there? There's a lot of people wanting to work and you are just there standing with a resting b face. I know you know who i am. I'm the girl that didn't let you scan the huge red feathers decoration.

Hobby Lobby is one of our favorite stores to shop in. They have an incredible, amazing & awesome selection all year around. The customer service is always professional & fantastic! Thank you Hobby Lobby for an excellent shopping experience every time!

I love Hobby Lobby. But I seriously cannot come back anymore. The lines! The lack of efficiency in the checkout process! It’s ridiculous! It’s time to update your system hobby lobby. My time should be of value to you. Typing into your cash register every. Single. Item. It’s absurd.

I asked the manager why you do things this way. She said, it’s to connect with the customer better. To provide better customer service. That goal is DEFINITELY not being met by doing it this way . Please, reevaluate! Today, I literally walked in, saw the lines and turned around and walked out. Can’t do it. Won’t do it.

Love the store. Hate the process and customer service.

The lady working in the framing was pretty rude, she acted as though it put her out to answer questions. Made you feel like it inconvenienced her to assist you. Left there and went to Michael’s they took the time to answer questions and didn’t make you feel like you were an inconvenience.

Always carry quality home goods and craft supplies. Clean, well organized, always stocked, and courteous and helpful staff. Check out lines are long when busy. Sometimes seems there should be more cashiers.
