I found a coffee table I loved at 2 big department stores but neither would deliver to Northern Ireland. Decor Interiors were able to find it for me and it was significantly less expensive than one of the department stores. Two glass shelves but everything was really well packaged and delivered intact. Really delighted. Thank you Janine.

Order placed 26/09/24, chased [via email] this business on 02/09/24:responded will update me as soon as possible.

Today [04/09/24], telephoned them as no response to my email of the 2nd. Advised out of stock of one item, will aim to send out order w/c 09/09/24: albeit, I'm not holding my breath here.

I totally, totally accept that items do go out of stock. However, what I will not accept is not being advised of such.

Therefore, at this point of my order process experience, I don't rate this businesses service at all well. Complete lack of communication.

One out of five stars here...I genuinely don't like doing this as they're an "independent" business. Historically, independent businesses I have, with a passion, always preferred to conduct business with.

I'll update this review as appropriate when, and if, I ever receive my items.

I've placed another three orders since my review above and the service from these guys has improved immensely.

Still seems an issue though with "out-of-stock" items regards keeping me informed: I have had to chase several times over the three extra orders.

Albeit, all-in-all, a much better experience from this business....

Four out of five stars review now.....

I have bought lots of things from decor interiors , I always have trouble coordinating rugs and cushions but when redecorating my sitting room I took Joanne’s advice on wall colour , rug and several cushions and the result is perfection.

Well I really don’t know were to start …… possibly the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Ordered a mirror on the 2nd January I’m now on the 11th February and still hasn’t arrived….. I actually don’t think I will ever receive it either…. Think twice before you order…..Never Again!!!

Found this site while searching for a particular vase that was not available to buy from the shop I originally intended to buy it from. I'm really pleased that I managed to find it here for a much lower price which was a big win. The order arrived very well packed and I'm really happy with my purchase.
