After a few questions about the occasion and what I was looking for, Antonio led me to a suit that fitted perfectly! We discussed minor tailoring adjustments, but I knew right then it was a purchase I wouldn’t regret. The entire experience had been relaxed and enjoyable, with no pressure, just solid advice and the feeling that I was in good hands.

I went into the Bond Street branch of Canali yesterday with a client (I'm a personal stylist for men) to look at some jackets I'd put aside a couple of days earlier.

Sayed Yaqubi assisted us and he was amazing! Super helpful and we left with an entire outfit - shirt, jacket, trousers, pocket square, shoes and a belt!

He paid careful attention to the details with the alterations that needed doing. He wasn't pushy, just extremely helpful and let us take our time in deciding.

It was a 10/10 experience, and I'll definitely be taking other clients in to the store again in future. Thank you Sayed!

I visited the store a few years back for a pair of well-made jeans and fell in love with the quality of the material.

The staff were phenomenal on that visit, leading me to eventually purchasing my wedding suit from the store, with the help of the manager Jose and Jean-Pierre. They helped me create the perfect suit from start to finish. The quality of the products is far superior compared to anything I have ever purchased from similar companies and the aftercare is world class- if you have alterations or repairs they take care of it.

As another example of the exemplary service, when I went in to the store recently to purchase a business suit and ended up with a suit recommendation as well as two casual jackets which were recommended to me.

Shopping at Canali is a truly unique experience, where you build a close relationship with the staff. They will privately message you if they believe they have something you may like from each new collection.

Every time I visit the store, the staff’s smile and warmth makes me feel welcomed and taken care of. Even when they are busy with other customers, they will always come over and say hi to me. And it’s not often you get to have a joke and a laugh with the staff!

I cannot recommend the store and staff enough.

All the clothing is of the highest quality and JP in the store was so warm, friendly and thoughtful when helping me select a suitable suit, shirt, tie, belt and shoes for my wedding.

If you are looking for stylish clothing of the highest quality, and with a service to match then it would be worth a visit.

my father was shopping for blazers and one of the store’s employees went to check for his size. we waited for 10 minutes then asked the bald grey bearded man behind the counter where his colleague is. his response was very abrupt saying “there’s only 3 minutes left till the store closes, it’s best to come back the following day”.

If you want to do business then you have to cater to each and every single customers need till the last second of opening hours.

Canali HR - I hope you’re reading this. Fix your employee attitudes and if they’re having a bad day then allow them to work restricted hours. Reflects negatively towards the brand.

I would highly recommend Bryan to anyone , he is highly knowledgeable, polite and really wants every client to look their best . I’ve been a fairly regular customer of Canali, New Bond Street for circa 25 years. Initially I was attracted to your quality jackets, in more recent years your denim/cashmere jeans have also appealed. Above all I wish to congratulate your team who’ve been constant during this period. Jose, Antonio, Brian and my personal contact JP who make the difference.
I telephoned your store two weeks ago to ask if any denim/cashmere trousers were still in stock. Unsurprisingly none remained as your earlier winter stock had been sold out. JP went the extra mile, contacted your Italian head office to source a pair for me today. This is an outstanding example of exemplary customer service. Please congratulate JP and well done to your New Bond Street team.
