Since first introducing myself in the AP boutique in Harrods several years ago, it’s been a thoroughly fantastic journey thanks to Ash. I’ve been lucky enough to see some of the finest exhibition pieces AP has to offer, and had in depth discussions about the watch, jewellery and luxury markets in general. Besides her breadth of horological expertise, Ash offers exceptional customer service in abundance in a professional yet personable manner. The first watch which I’ve been lucky enough to purchase is the gem in my collection! My experience here is the benchmark by which all other boutiques are measured on. Very impressed.

Yesterday I had the chance to visit the AP boutique in Harrods. I can frankly say that this was the most pleasant Boutique/AD experience I had.

They did not had the watch available as I can guess. Nevertheless, the accomodation was 10/10. The small talk and chat about the watch and the history was so pleasant. This is the first time that I’ve been able to chat about the watches designer (Gerald Genta) with a sales person! He had some knowledge and kindness!

Hope that ever brand ADs and Boutiques offers such experiences!

An amazing experience, Hugo greeted when I entered the boutique. A very nice gentleman. He answered all my questions with ease and we had a very nice chat about watches and where we think the industry is moving.
