Got a toy box from buy buy baby website and it came broken and they don’t even wait to help me get a new one all they tell me is we don’t sell toy boxes even tho we got it online. Like great customer service don’t yell at your customers if we just ask simple questions or what we should do. Never again will I buy from here

While the store is clean and the staff are very friendly, I DO NOT recommend ordering anything that requires shipping from the store. I've had 2 orders that have had nothing but issues with the vendors that Buy Buy Baby has not been able to 1) get clear updates about and 2) resolve directly - I've even gotten e-mails threatening to cancel my order on me then another almost immediately after saying they're still working on it. If you do plan to order and wait for it to ship, be prepared to wait at least triple (possibly even longer) the time. It seems vendor management is a major issue for them so I'd really only go here and purchase things in stock.

The store literally smelt like babies. I came here with my husband about two weeks ago, and I had great customer service. There was a young woman, I don’t quite remember her name but I think it was Sarah. She was extremely helpful in ordering an item they didn’t have in stock in store. Also another woman in furniture her name was Dee helped us pick out a crib for our new incoming baby this summer. Exciting!

I can certainly see why this store has such bad reviews. My wife and I bought a dresser and stroller today and it could not have been a more joyless experience. The atmosphere is incredibly drab. Isn’t getting ready for a baby supposed to be an exciting time? After we checked out no one even offered to help load up the very heavy stroller box. What if my wife had been alone, is she supposed to just ask a random person on the street to help bring the box out to her car and load it up?

I would start with giving them 0 stars. Terrible terrible service at the store. Picked up baby clothes from the 40% off rack and when checking out, the girl on the counter (I wish I remember her name) said these are not on sale. We spend time picking up all the items looking at a fair discount, but did not feel like going back and showing those idiots working at the store the discount tag. I showed them the 20% coupon I received via mail. She did not even bother scanning the coupon and told us this is expired for an item we wanted to purchase. So we came back home leaving all the items we picked and looked up online, the online purchase reflected 20% off on the same item. More than half of the items were on sale online the one we picked up at the store. But the store associates refused to give us any discounts. I would avoid going to this store and order it online instead. No point in arguing with the idiots working at the store.

The statements regarding customer service are true. There was one gentleman who normally works in furniture helped us in car seats and gave us great information (which is why they're getting a 2 rather than a 1).The person at the customer service desk would not leave to help find anything. Said you will find it over there obviously she didn't know where items were as I found the item when I went into another area and it wasn't like someone had set it there - the label was on the shelf. A much as I hate to order online when a local store has the items, I quesd I'll save my gas and wish the store the best at keeping their doors open.

This store took away my wife's nesting opportunity with their horrible customer service and bad products!!!!

Everything to do with this store is a disaster. The checkout process is horrid and they don't have enough staff working. This is just the beginning of the problems. The main issues came with our Nursery Furniture.

We ordered a Baby Appleseed Crib, Dresser and Dresser topper Mid-Febuary. We were told it would be 12 - 16 weeks before delivery but most likely sooner. Our crib showed up at about week 16 with the dresser topper. Once I got it home and started assembling it, I noticed it was damaged. There was a gouge in the headboard of it and also a crack on the back side that split through it along with other damages. The topper had its own issues as it was damaged, then poorly "repaired" and then sent out.

Our biggest issue was the Dresser which we never received. After many emails with the furniture manager, being told that our Dresser had been shipped and that they would contact the supplier to find out where it was, we finally found out that it was lost. After more pressure from us, they said it would Mid-August before we'd get it. We told them to give us our money back and we ordered another set from Costco that had been built in a week and is currently on its way to us.

Again, DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!!!

I’d put zero stars but it’s not an option. Store service was terrible, employees with bad attitudes and simply lie. Comes down to them not doing there job which is a very simple thing to do. They did not check off inventory so I purchased a product online and went to pick it up and it suddenly was no longer in stock, they then lied and said they cancelled my order which they never did, they weren’t transparent at all. I later got an email regarding buy buy baby sending me the item because it was no longer in stock. While in store the employees were very rude and you could feel how annoyed and frustrated they were based off there own mistake and lack of doing there jobs. They were “busy” so they haven’t been doing inventory check as 2 workers were behind the counter on cellphones and tik tok. Via email I’m guaranteed to be notified in 1 hour and they never checked the inventory, said it wasn’t in stock, processed my order etc once in store they did it in person. I only stopped because I was in the area otherwise I wouldn’t of stopped until I got confirmation. Other customers didn’t have confirmations either from hours prior to ordering and waiting so they stopped as well because they wanted to know why it wasn’t processed yet or if some thing was wrong on there end with purchases. Others were upset as well. Terrible service, terrible employees! Absolute joke, unbelievably unprofessional. I don’t think I’ll ever return to this specific buy buy baby again.
