I cannot say enough good things about Phylum!! My husband and I paid a visit to the store when in Palm Springs for our honeymoon. We planned to look around for inspiration and potentially shop their online store because we couldn’t travel home with anything, but to our surprise, they offer free shipping! We had the chance to speak briefly with the owner, Jory, who shared more about the newest products. Leslie helped us at the register, and she was incredibly kind and helpful, sharing that they don’t have an online store exactly, but offer free consultations online, which we feel is even better! Every staff member is so personable and kind. Visiting Phylum was a big highlight of our trip to Palm Springs, and we can’t wait to go back!! Thank you for a great experience!

The consumer experience from everyone (most notably the owner and Lee) who worked with me in choosing placemats and a rug. They are talented, kind, authentic, great listeners, and patient. True role models of why local businesses need our support and deserve our business.

Everything about Phylum is 5-star: the product, the merchandising, the gift wrapping, and most of all, the customer service. The team there -- Jory & Grant, particularly -- are knowledgeable about what they sell and they are experts in helping you choose the right things and style them in ways that are magazine-worthy but still incorporating your taste, budget, and vibe into the mix. When you walk into Phylum, they make you feel warm and welcome. It's a formula that should be obvious when running a store, but sadly, not everyone gets it. They do, 100%.

Fabulous store with crave-worthy bespoke items, beautiful MCM and modern designs, so much fun to walk around and drool at everything! Best part: customer service was on point! Greeted immediately upon walking in, spoke to an absolutely lovely woman (I think her name was Jill), we bought coffee and talked about Seattle. Thank you to her and a lovely person wearing the best caftan on the planet, who offered us water and charm. Thank you to Phylum! We will be back for sure!
