completely awful experience for a brand i used to love shopping at. i discreetly snapped two photos of a dress on a rack to get my sisters thoughts, and the worker told me i was not allowed to take photos and i was made to leave. she quickly mentioned something about “exposing exclusivity,” but photos can be found online of the same dress. there are definitely some more luxurious stores that have an implied no-photo policy however this store is not that environment. i have never encountered a store like this one, and other clothing shops on the street allowed for photos without issue. considering the other reviews with similar encounters with employee(s), i would suggest shopping at the other london locations.

A wonderful store to go to, the attention to the customer is amazing and the atmosphere is lively and fun, the staff really took in to consideration our opinion on the type of clothing we were looking for. My experience was great would come again.

I want to express a complaint on 9/4/24 where one of the workers who has light brown hair and a foreign accent. The way she was talking to me as a customer was very disrespectful and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and I hope the store will address the issues to her. Also when I walked into the store, one of the first things I hear, is her making fun of a customers shoe. She should be fired and humbled as well as learning to treat people with respect.

I visited Bash Boutique in Marylebone recently and loved the vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. Definitely worth the visit.
