I have two Bremont watches and a pair of cufflinks, I have just bought a Henshaw Valet keyring from them direct off their websit. It fell apart within mins of taking it out of the box. They have agreed to replace it (as they are obliged to under the law) as it is faulty. Despite this I had to chase the email to get a reply and the online live chat rep didn’t pass the message on at all. Despite agreeing to change it they didn’t show any real interest which surprised me given the ‘reputation’ for precision engineering. The apology just seemed like the were going throughout the motions to me ‘send it back and we’ll send you another’ Given the reputation for high end quality goods how did this happen? Ok its only a key ring but its not cheap, I hope my watches aren’t the same. The customer service was standard/average but no more, very disappointing and leaves a bad taste in my mouth for the future.

I bought my first Bremont watch today from the Mayfair store. I absolutely love it and the people in the store told me all the stories behind Bremont, the watches and even the leather case that my watch was eventually placed in. There’s usually a sense of buyers remorse but I don’t have it … I love my watch and am so pleased with it. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I even got a glass of bubbly and a couple of free straps with my purchase 🙂

Great boutique for the watch brand Bremont. I own their Alt 1 Worldtimer and I dropped in looking to see if they had a Supersonic in stainless steel. They didn't, but they contacted me a few days later to tell me which shop had one.
Bremont is a great British watch brand and if you like quality watches at reasonable prices, compared with the Swiss brands, then drop in and see what they've got.

From start to finish the service was second to none. The person that served us was knowledgeable on the product and the attention to detail was second to none. We wouldn’t hesitate to go there again if we were visiting London.
