Found this boutique, browsing on.line for mother of the bride outfits. Had lots of lovely dresses, and matching accessories. Ordered a Veni infantino dress, arrived quickly and expertly packaged. Looked exactly like the images, fits perfectly. I'm usually a size 10, but measured as a size 8. Can't wait to wear in the summer at daughters wedding. 😍

Ordered a Veni Invitations dress for my daughter’s wedding.
The sale price was fantastic but the delivery was absolutely first class. It arrived in a very timely manner, as informed upon ordering, well packaged in a box and in a sturdy dress bag and hanger. There were no creases on it at all and it’s already hanging in my wardrobe ready for the special day. What a fantastic service. Would highly recommend and have indeed done so. Would definitely and confidently use their online service again.

Beautiful, beautiful fabric, design and dress! I had so many lovely comments about it at my sons wedding at Lumley Castle on Saturday. Many asking where I had bought it from and I did inform them of how and where from. Such a positive experience buying on line considering that I only just bought my dress a couple of weeks before the wedding (so stressful!). Absolutely delighted with dress.
Bought online and the service was first class. Even buying between Christmas and New Year the delivery was very speedy.
An extra Christmas discount was an incredible bonus.
Packaging and dress bag was also perfect.

Amazing customer service from this fabulous boutique. Ordered a beautiful dress online, unfortunately it did not fit so I reordered it in a different size. It was very easy to return the original and I was refunded promptly. I cannot wait to wear this stunning dress for my daughter’s wedding next year. I ordered a dress for my son’s wedding, received a confirmation email with information stating the dress would arrive in 3-5 days. On day five I received a notification from my bank showing the money for the dress had been returned. An email followed stating due to human error there was no dress. The email was poor and lacked professionalism. I called and spoke to the online ordering manager. She stated it was a warehouse issue and they probably took five days to notify me because they were looking for the dress. She promised to speak to the warehouse and look at other other options for me and call me back. I never heard from her again, she did offer me £50 off another purchase as s an apology, this was actually an insult as the offer was on line for £50 off in January anyway! I have checked and this company never reply to reviews. This shows they don’t actually care what people think as long as people keep buying their products. I was extremely disappointed with the experience I had.
