Please read the whole (honest) review until the end:
I was referred to the Versace boutique on Sloane Street by a friend and I am so happy I listened. The staff at the boutique are amazing and so patient. Alina is the best and one of the friendliest SAs I have ever met. She is a real asset to Versace. I went in to buy one item for Christmas and came out with 3 just because the staff were so helpful and friendly. Lorenzo is another SA whom I found welcoming.

Update (2nd March): I will keep my original review above because my first visit to be fair was nice, and kept me thinking I will have a long term relationship with this Versace store. Alina continued to be nice and has kept in touch managing to convince me to come back to the store for the new collection. She even texted me on Valentine’s day to come and pick up my Valentine’s day gift/chocolate and promised to keep it for me since I was working that day. I did go into the store and I did buy the shoes I liked from the new collection despite there being a manufacturer defect on the heel. This time, however, the atmosphere in the store was not as welcoming. Apart from Alina, I found the rest of the staff rather hostile. Lorenzo (who is actually in charge) obviously did not remember me, offered to try and get me another shoe from another branch but recommended I take this one for now (refused to give a discount on the defected shoe and that’s fine), but what was most upsetting was when Alina asked him whether they had any Valentine’s day stuff left (which she had promised me) he told her he’s keeping them for another customer without even an apology or eye contact with me while discussing some paperwork with another of his colleagues (who was also hostile), and without thank you or good night. That was a very embarrassing situation for me and I left the store (with my new shoes) on an awkward note. I am a serious customer and a shopaholic and I have long-term relationships with SAs in many luxury brands including Dior, Hermés, LV, Céline, Van Cleef and Arpels etc. I always return to a store if the staff are nice which is why I returned to this Versace store. Unfortunately, this time the experience was unpleasant and I will not be returning for the other items I had my eye on. Apparently, this is a store where you have a positive first purchase but they don’t care about building a long-term relationship with the customer. Luxury shopping is more about the experience than the items and because of my latest experience I will not be shopping Versace for a while and definitely not on Sloane street which is already hard enough to get to with all the road construction works (and I had made this trip despite that). I will also be updating the friend who had referred me to this branch to tell him I will not go there again. It is not about gifts or chocolate or little items but as a serious luxury brand shopper, you want to feel valued as a customer and you want to leave feeling appreciated with the desire to return. My latest experience was too unpleasant for me to ever return to this store. The second visit should be better than the first especially if you’ve returned for the people (because you can always find the items online or in other boutiques). It is the human interaction that should make the difference, and the way my latest visit ended was appalling, awkward and embarrassing. I am disappointed to say I will definitely not be shopping at this Versace boutique on Sloane street again and I will make sure my friends and family don’t go there anymore.

I’ve visited the place to rectify my watch size. First time they told me the technician is left, so you come on Monday “maybe you will him”. Second visit they told me the technician is on 3 weeks leave. “Only one technician is a famous Versace store”.
