Sehr netter Kundenservice!! Mir wurde direkt Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt, meine Wünsche aufgenommen und vor allem eine sehr ehrliche Beratung gegeben.
Außerdem war alles sehr zuvorkommend, die Atmosphäre zwanglos und es gab viel Wissen über verschiedene Leder und Arten von Armbändern.
Ich kann es allen empfehlen, die vor allem auch ein Feeling für verschiedene Leder (Alligator, Lizard etc.) haben wollen.
Meiner Uhr wurde auch das Armband abgenommen und alles wurde wieder kratzerlos zurückgebracht - keine Sorge !

Over the years, I bought several straps. some off the shelf, some bespoke. The choice of skins and colours is incredible. For the bespoke straps I ordered, I chose to have the holes punched in the boutique: the fit is perfect.
I have been served by different people, but every time the service was impeccable. Nice people, amazing choice, great quality, Jean Rousseau is definitely the place to go if you need a strap (or small leather goods).

Absolutely great customer service at Jean Rousseau. Especially Mr Mahesh Chauhan he was extremely patient and helpful whilst I was at the store. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a bespoke watch strap. I like the fact the they dealt with customer one at a time. They give each customer a tailored service.

Absolutely shocking customer service, the staff don’t listen at all. Took months to create a simple black strap but had so many issues and feels like plastic. Won’t take accountability at all. Complete waste of money.
