I came in with my cousin, who is exploring her options for quinceañera dresses. She has just started looking around and shopping, so she’s open to different colors and styles. She has originally been interested in royal blue or rose gold. However, a beautiful sage gown caught her attention. Her mother spoke with the woman working about her possibly trying it on, as she really loved the dress. The worker stressed they weren’t very motivated to have people try on their dresses. Eventually, she allowed my cousin to try on the dress. My cousin liked the dress, and it’s many pretty features. However, she didn’t feel like the color looked nice on her skin tone. She was open to exploring other options the store had to offer. This really upset the worker though, who said we were making her work for no reason, this is why she doesn’t like to have people try on dresses, that we were going to struggle to find a dress wherever we go, and more. To us, a quinceañera dress is a big deal and a big investment, not something someone should be forced to decide in less than 5 minutes. My cousin left in tears all because she wasn’t sure if she wanted to buy the dress right then and there. This was extremely disgusting, abhorrent behavior on the workers part. Again, we were shopping and exploring all options. We were open to all colors and styles. However, how can a shop worker shame a girl and her family for not wanting to immediately purchase a dress before discussing and exploring other options? I suppose those who come to a store expecting the workers to work or help shouldn’t shop here. I will be letting my family and friends network know about this. We have many more upcoming quinceañeras who probably want to find the perfect dress, which they won’t be allowed to do there. As a member of the Latinx community, the worker should understand how difficult it can be for young Latinx girls to feel comfortable in their skin, and therefore shouldn’t shame them for not dropping $2k on something they don’t feel good in, and definitely shouldn’t be calling them a waste of time or blame them for her having to work.

Worst nightmare !! Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. The people who work here are liars and manipulating, I came in to get a custom gown done. The contract stated the gown had to be finished by May 20th 2019 which I didn’t get done until today May 31st 2019 . They handed me a gown a different color than what I wanted (I left them a sample and they had enough time to find the exact shade) and the people responsible never showed up. Neither the manager Genaro or the owner Paty Fer showed up. They sent a very nice lady Lilia to “help” me she gave me two choices to come to a solution even though I would end up mad through both. I chose to take my dress because I was out of time and didn’t have enough time to make another dress somewhere else. They tried there best to make it up to me by offering me a discount which I took because of the stress they put me through but that doesn’t make up for the lies and waste of time . Come here if you want to get no one responsible , lied to , screamed at and a dress you don’t want with a side of bad timing.

Tienda ridícula quedan mal a la gente con pésimo servicio y te quieren callar con un papelito. Mi vestido tenía que aver estado listo el 20 de Mayo y no lo terminaron hasta hoy que fui por el 31 de Mayo. Lo peor te hacen perder tiempo y siempre esconden su cara la dueña Paty Fer nunca se apareció igual que Genaro (un señor grosero y mal educado).Mi vestido no quedo del color que lo pedí y tenían suficiente tiempo si no podían conseguir el mismo color que la muestra que les deje me lo uviera dicho con mucho gusto uviera ido a otra tienda. Gracias a la señora Lilia por escucharme y ojalá mejoren su servicio.
Sepan sus derechos constituciónales y no se queden callados nadie los puede callar. Si quieren que les queden mal vengan aquí. Me dieron un descuento pero el enojo y el estrés que me provocaron sigue. No cumplen sus contratos son mentirosos y aparte te maltratan en la tienda y nadie está de encargado siempre se hechan la culpa uno a otro y dan puras escusas ridículas. La peor tienda en el sur de California. Si tienen preguntas mándenme mensaje.
