I’ve been to a lot of TJ Maxx in the area and this is the nicest one in the state! Everything was well organized, easy to find what I was looking for! All of the employees were very friendly and accommodating! Wish I lived closer!

I truly don’t understand why the employees are so rude inside this store. They’re not helpful, the store is always SO messy, and an employee reached over my sisters head to put an object on the shelf like? No “excuse me” or patience for her to move a little. The employees are so unfriendly. I literally dread going into this store and try to avoid it if I could.

I came in the day before Christmas it was busy so I won't share any names as i understand tension was high. But when I asked if you had any nose studs in the jewelry section the elderly lady behind the counter went " Ew no I definitely don't have those here" and then waved me off and went to the next client. Don't worry I found them you do have them there. And also their is nothing ew about my wife she is a beautiful child of God.

Melissa at the store was AWFUL. She made fun of us for asking for a discount on an item that had FIFTEEN stains, and told us that TJ Maxx is already a “discounted store” and we shouldn’t ask. People need to treat others with kindness and this women clearly lacked it. We will be filing a formal complaint against the employee and hoping in the future she can be kind to families struggling, not berate them in front of dozens of other customers.

We go in here a lot for homegoods. I don't buy a lot of clothes in here. They aren't the best quality, and they are fairly expensive in relation to Ross which is across the street. However, we DO love the homegoods and I have been in here at least 5 times in the last month to buy bedding, decorations and bowls. They have some sexy stuff that is super cheap. I bought several new awesome cereal bowls, some decorative bowls and a brand new bedding set that was only $30 that would have typically run me at least $70 or more somewhere else. Their furniture is super cute and its in the mid range for cost. I haven't bought anything yet, but have considered an entertainment center. The customer service people are very nice and I had a very nice conversation with a girl while my daughter was trying on clothing. The bathroom is amazingly clean!!! That’s a must for me!

I go to the TJX store and the cleaning lady brought me a napkin to clean my child. She was very kind. Her name was Karen. She was a very nice girl.^_^

The Bountiful store was horrible. The lady that assisted me in looking at a purse was rude, acted as I I was really putting her out. Then I got in line and there was only one person, and she had to go check a price. I just left without purchasing anything
