Found them only because I was going to pick up my package from wishdrove across town to find out the lady that does it wasn't there okay fine honest mistake whatever but I did feel I was treat a little differently because I look Hispanic but do not speak Spanish nobody really knew what was going on I was thinking about getting decorations but if it's a constant problem just because I don't speak Spanish or if they're already unorganized just me getting my wish items I don't know if I would want to deal with them to go any further with any kind of dealing for my wedding. everything I'm getting is very important I do need it by a certain time so going somewhere where that's their job and they are very unorganized is very discouraging

First off, i went into the shop with the idea that it would be a great place to do my planning for my wedding, oh i was wrong. I was treated horrible, they had no customer service they are so unorganized and no communication with the employees there. I had a selected appointment to try on dresses and i went into the shop and they had no appointment for me, they treated me horrible with attitude. I just told them how i felt and left, the owner had horrible customer service.
