グランドセイコーの取り扱い、各モデルの品揃えは恐らく日本一ですね。
和光ビルの1〜2階がグランドセイコーのフロアーでした。
ロレックスを使ってましたが、個人的にはグランドセイコーの方が時計そのものの高級感や満足感が圧倒的に上です。

I had a pleasant experience with purchasing a King Seiko watch from this flagship store. The staff is very nice but one person in particular was extremely helpful to me. I would like to thank Ryusuke Ukeba in the watch department as he assisted me with finding a watch to my liking and ensuring a smooth process. If you're looking to purchase something from this store I recommend you work with Ryusuke!

After spending the afternoon in the Seiko museum I stopped by the Seiko Planet store, but really wanted to check out the Grand Seiko's I saw in the museum, so I walked down to the flagship store. The staff were super friendly and helped me try on so many watches until I found my favorite - Ginza Limited edition (had to have something to remind me of my trip). I own several Seiko, but this is my first Grand Seiko. I have never seen a more gorgeous watch! My quick picture as I left doesn't do it justice. If you like watches, this is a must stop visit!

I purchased my second Grand Seiko from this store and had an overall pleasant experience. They seemed to treat me better once they realized I was a previous customer. The first person who helped me did not seem to understand my questions at all. When I switched to speaking Japanese, she stated that she fully understood English, yet after repeating my question three times, she was not answering my question at all and was clearly misunderstanding the question. Here was an example of the dialogue: "Is there a manufacture date of this specific watch? Not the model release date." "This model came out in 2021" ... "I mean is there a specific manufacture date of this specific watch that im holding right now?" "All our watches are new." "Yes, but is there information readily available, like an engraving or maybe on the warranty card that provides the date it was manufactured?" "Our store is the flagship so our stock is new." As you can see the answers weren't very satisfactory and doesn't help. I understand that the watches are all relatively new, but I wanted to know a very specific piece of information to help me decide to purchase the watch. Thankfully after I left and came back, a younger more helpful staff member helped me. I ended up picking up a steel diver as my new daily, so that I won't be sad if I chip or scratch my dress watches. The staff there seem to be a hit or a miss for assistance in English. I don't particularly blame them, because it is Japan after all and not the US. Do your research yourself and don't rely on them entirely. I will drop it to four stars since the service I received wasn't so great my second time around.

I purchased my first ever Grand Seiko at this flagship botique store just today. I had a pleasant experience all around. The staff were professional and treated me as a valuable customer even though I am usually judged. (I am young in my early 30s and people usually think I'm 25. This usually leads luxury sales staff to ignore me and not consider me as a serious buyer.)

The sales staff did not hesitate at all to show me the higher end watch models and I felt as if even if I was just interested, they would show me and tell me information about the watches.

The building is large and there are severL more buildings within the vicinity dedicated to Seiko company as well. Seiko museum, seiko flagship, Wako, and annex. Each building has floors and floors of all the products offered by Seiko.

I was sad that there were no limited edition models available (I wanted to buy a limited one for my first Grand Seiko), but I went with the botique exclusive. See pictures as reference. So the selection was a bit saddening, at no fault of the staff or store. Grand Seikos are just that popular!

The staff member went above and beyond by reserving a timeslot for me to visit the museum after we completed the sale and sized my bracelet. She didn't need to but totally wanted me to be happy.

Overall 10/10 experience and I would not hesitate to buy my second watch from here.

I had a chance to visit again. I had intended to find a mechanical grand Seiko after my visit to the Shizukuishi studio earlier. Unfortunately all they had for Ginza exclusive models was a spring drive. I already own two spring drives. I tried on some newer models, and they were super helpful. I went on to find a Ginza model the next day at another place. Definitely a must visit for Grand Seiko or serious watch fans.
Don't forget to go upstairs to see some vintage GS display too.

I had a terrific experience buying a Grand Seiko Shunbun at the Seiko House in Ginza. I worked with Ryusuke who was terrific to work with. I wiuld give the entire experience a 10/10. He walked me through some benefits (Wako store points you can redeem for items in the Wako store) and described how to properly care for my timepiece. Thank you Ryusuke and the full Wako staff for a great experience buying my first Grand Seiko.

A high end yet unpretentious experience. I will be back. Without a reservation I was able to visit the little museum and see the antique watches. I bought the Ginza Limited edition SBGE305 GMT from the 1st floor. I am looking forward to my next trip to Japan and the flagship Seiko Ginza boutique.

A memorable experience for my first luxury watch purchase at Grand Seiko thanks to the amazing Yoshida, her service was above and beyond what I had expected. I will forever mark every Japan visit with a watch from this store because of her.

I have been looking at GS for a few years and knew I wanted to make my first purchase of one in Japan.

So my last day in Tokyo I came to this store specifically because of the nearby museum and lineage behind it. The building and watchtower is a marvel to behold and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I went straight to Yoshida as she was near the spring drive and evolution 9 series. I was between the snowflake, white birch and black birch. I spent about 20-30 minutes deciding which one I wanted and she was so patient in answering my questions and letting me take my time trying each watch.

Once I decided on the snowflake she sat down me and my friends for about a 10-15 minute process and cuff link removal. What I appreciated is the service my friend got for buying a $1000 Seiko was the exact same for me buying a GS and made my friend feel so much better in his purchase as he is not a watch fan like me. To me this gesture spoke highly of the people behind Seiko and GS in their pride of craftsmanship. As I believe even $50 watches can be just as significant as expensive ones.

Continuing with the experience after the purchase Yoshida gave us a personal tour of the upstairs and even walked us over to the GS Museum which is free!!! I highly recommend checking it out if you are a history and horological fan.

I am now a forever customer of Seiko and Grand Seiko because of Yoshida service. I will treasure my watch and the memory of purchasing it for life. Thank you so much Yoshida! (ありがとう Yoshida!!!)
