I've been going to see Melanie (Mel) at Entourage Salon for forever.... she truly is the BEST! Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she's also a diamond of a person, truly. Such a kind, comforting, hilarious energy about her. I can see why she's a popular hairstylist too as she's always pretty booked up (get an appointment with her if you can)! She's been cutting my hair for like 7 years and I couldn't think of ever going to anyone else. She's excellent at men's cuts. I leave feeling better about myself every time. As for the salon itself, it's located in a great area, with great/friendly/easy to chat with staff! I love this place, but the best gem is Mel. She really shines!

Just had a haircut at Entourage and had the best experience! Priscilla is the first stylist that really understood curly hair and I couldn't be any happier with not only my haircut, but also the overall experience and education! So grateful to have found her and reconnect with the salon again, it looks gorgeous since they remodeled it

I am ecstatic!! I came in with a vision in my head, and Nicole made it come true even better than I imagined!! She cut my hair perfectly to keep my length as I wanted and gave me some layers to show the under color so expertly. The colors are subtle and bold and exactly what I wanted ! It is completely perfect!Nicole did an amazing job !! I will be back for sure!!

Rachael has been my family's hair stylist for 20 years. She is the best! Women's and Men's haircuts. She always delivers on what you ask for. Salon is beautiful and well kept. Open space. Fair prices. Definitely recommend!

Georgie totally killed it. I came in not knowing exactly what to ask for and she took the time to ask me a bunch of questions and took her time making sure I was happy. Would absolutely recommend her for anyone looking for a new stylist.

First time here, salon was easy to find, super clean and friendly on the inside. Called about a week in advance for just a cut . Stylist was Priscilla - highly recommend. She asked so many in-depth questions about what I was looking for and how I wanted the cut. Cut price included wash, cut and blow dry. Affordable compared to other salons quoted price.

I would give zero stars if possible. I called up for an appointment today (Saturday) and specifically asked if their Groupon coupon on the website was valid. The receptionist said “Yes” so I told her I was purchasing it while I was on the phone. She said she would wait for the voucher number. I gave her the voucher number seconds later and she then tells me it’s not valid on Saturdays. I literally spent 10 minutes dealing with the manager who refused to honor the Groupon today despite the fact that her employee is the only reason I bought the Groupon, as I was on the phone with her at the time of purchase. I certainly hope they cut hair better than they treat customers but I’ll never find out because I’ll never go there after this terrible customer service experience.
